    Three night minimum (May 15 to Labor Day & Spring Break)

    $225 a night Off-Peak
    Rates are for 4 guests; $10 each additional guest to a maximum of 8.
    All rates plus 10% hotel tax
    RV Pad with hookup available with rental of Rimkus I & Il at same time, $35 per night. Maximum guests both houses plus RV is 28.
